Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is placed. We aim to ship in-stock items within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Custom items will ship as soon as possible and the time frame will be communicated with the customer. The method of shipping will be up to the vendor and cost as stated on the product checkout page.

Cancellation & Refused Deliveries
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time prior to shipment. To cancel an order please email, orders@denylocks.com.  However, once an order ships you will have to follow the returns process if you want to return an item. Any refused deliveries will be charged a return shipping fee equal to the greater of $10.

Return Policy
We offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer.

Please email returns@denylocks.com to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 60 days of purchase. Be sure to also include your Order Number for Proof of Purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for any return shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your return. Refunds will be returned only to the method of payment. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days from the original shipment date. 

Note: DENY does not accept returns of custom length products. 

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from DENY. For products purchased from dealers or other resellers, their return policy applies, please contact them directly for more information.
